How do I sign up for OneVault?
• Step 01
Go to onevault.org
• Step 02
Click the sign up button.
• Step 03
Read Mavicsoft Privacy
& Terms,
If you
agree, Click “I Agree”
• Step 04
A Create your OneVault account pop up box will appear, and
you’ll be guided through our sign up
experience. You’ll be prompted to enter information such as your name and email
address.
• Step 05
We will send you an email with OTP to your provided email, so we can verify your email address.
• Step 06
After entering your information, click Next.
I didn’t get OTP, How can I verify
my
account?
If you don’t get your OTP even after 3 attempts, make sure your entered phone number is a valid one
or Please go to support.mavicsoft.com and submit a ticket or join with a live agent for further
assistance.
How to add a phone number to my
OneVault Account?
Adding a phone number to your account is a great step toward a better Mavicsoft experience. If you’re
thinking about adding your number, here are a few benefits:
• Keeping your account secure.
With a phone number on your account, you’ll be able to enroll in security features like login .
• Faster account recovery.
If you ever lose access to your account, having a phone number attached can make it easier for you
to get back in to Twitter.
Is my account set up yet?
To verify if your user account is set-up, you may try to login using the username and password set up
by you. This username and password have to be setup by your own at the sign-up page. If you can’t
login to the OneVault account even after sign up, then your account may not be setup. To determine
your account status please contact Mavicsoft

My account is suspended, what should
I do?
We may lock an account or place temporary limitations on certain account features if an account
appears to be compromised or in violation of the Mavicsoft
Privacy Policy or Terms
& Conditions. If
you log in or open your account and see a message that your account is locked or that some of your
account features have been limited, follow the instructions to restore it.
If you are logged in to your account and see a message that your account has been locked for security
purposes, this means that we have detected suspicious behavior and it appears as though your account
may have been compromised. To unlock your account, please secure it by changing your password now.
