1. ELIGIBILITY
The Netfy string is a ".Brand SLD" as registered under the ICANN Registry & Mavic Cloud is a brand name
of Mavicsoft. Therefore, only the Mavic One users are eligible to register Domain Names under the Netfy
SLDs and host websites under Mavic Cloud, and control the DNS records associated with domain names at
any level in the SLD. If the Registrant ceases to be eligible at any time in the future, the Mavicsoft
may cancel or suspend the license to use the Domain Name & cloud space immediately, without notice.
The registration of Domain Names must be approved by Mavicsoft, in addition to meeting all
requirements
under the Registry Rules. Registrant eligibility is granted at Netfy's sole discretion.
The registration of Domain Names will be centralized and managed only through the Mavicsoft.
2. REVOCATION OF DOMAIN NAMES OR CLOUD SPACE
The Registrant acknowledges that the Student domains Registry may revoke a Domain Name or cloud space
immediately at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:
2.1 in the event the Registrant breaches any Registry Rules;
2.2 to comply with applicable law, court order, government rule, ICANN obligations, or under any
dispute
resolution processes.
2.3 where such Domain Name is used for any of the following prohibited activities ("Prohibited
Activities"):
2.3.1 spamming
2.3.2 pornography
2.3.3 illegal drug
2.3.4 registrant is a minor without parental guidance or use the app for inappropriate works
2.3.5 false news publications
2.3.6 hate speech or religion, race targeted materials
2.3.7 obscene speech or materials
2.3.8 defamatory or abusive language
2.3.9 forging headers, return addresses and internet protocol addresses
2.3.10 Cloud resources violation and excessive usage of abuse activities.
2.3.10.1 Its prohibited to use Mavic Cloud resources as File Storage or Backup.
2.3.10.2 any other illegal or prohibited activities as determined by the Registry at it sole discretion
2.3.11 intellectual property and privacy violations
2.3.12 trademark violations
2.3.13 copyright violations
2.3.14 illegal or unauthorized access to other computers or networks using Mavic One resources
2.3.15 distribution of internet Viruses, Worms, Trojan horses, Phishing, Illegal Bots or other destructive activities
2.4 in order to protect the integrity and stability of the domain name system and the Registry.
2.5 to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the Registry's part as well as its affiliates,
subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and subcontractors.
2.6 to correct mistakes made by the Registry or any Registrar or any of its service providers in
connection with an application for a domain name.
2.7 where such Domain Name is placed under the ICANN Reserved Names list as defined in the Registry
2.8 if at any time the Registry deems, at its sole discretion, that the Registrant no longer meets
2.9 where Registrant fails to make any required payment to the Registrar for registration, renewal
or any other relevant services
2.10 It's not prohibited to use Mavic Cloud resources for File Sharing, Including Images & Video or any
type of files, Streaming Services, Hosted Online Gaming or Heavy Scripting but limited not to abuse
the cloud resources and, In any such violation or detection of abuse Mavic Cloud has sole discretion to
suspend the cloud space or domains or
both.
3. REQUIRED CRITERIA FOR DOMAIN NAME & CLOUD SPACE REGISTRATION
An application for Domain Name registration must meet all the following criteria:
3.1 applicant must be older than 13
3.2 purpose should be legal and comply with section 2.3 criteria.
3.3 the Domain Name is not already registered.
3.4 the Domain Name is not reserved or blocked by the Registry;
3.5 the Domain Name consists of a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 63 characters (after its conversion
into ASCII for IDNs);
3.6 any additional technical requirements as required by the Registry from time to time; and
3.7 compliance with all requirements under the Registry Rules.
4. ALLOCATION OF DOMAIN NAMES
The Registry will register Domain Names on a first-come, first-served basis in accordance with the
Registry Rules. The Registry does not provide pre-registration or reservation of Domain Names.
5. FREE STUDENT DOMAIN REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
5.1. Introduction
As part of our commitment to providing free domain name registration, we offer individuals the
opportunity to register a free student domain name. This service is open to everyone, and the term
"student domain" is used solely as a name and does not imply any restrictions based on student status or
commercial use. To maintain a safe and responsible environment, we have established the following
guidelines that must be adhered to when registering a free student domain name.
5.2. Eligibility
The registration of free student domains is open to everyone and is not limited to students or
non-commercial use. It is available for both non-commercial and commercial purposes.
5.3. WhatsApp Three Factor Authentication (3FA)
To authenticate and complete the registration process for a free student domain name, users are required
to submit WhatsApp Three Factor Authentication (3FA). This additional security measure is exclusive to
free student domains and helps ensure the legitimacy of registrations. Users do not need to provide
WhatsApp 3FA for paid domains.
5.4. Name Guidelines
When registering a free student domain name, it is important to adhere to the following name
guidelines:
5.4.1. Unique and Representative Names: Registrants must choose domain names that are unique and
representative of their own identity, brand, or the content they intend to host. Generic names such
as "download," "about," or "contact" that do not reflect the registrant's identity or purpose are
discouraged.
5.5. Prohibited Activities
While registering a free student domain name, users are expected to adhere to the following
guidelines:
5.5.1. Trademark Compliance:
Registrants must not register domain names that infringe upon or imitate trademarks or intellectual
property owned by third parties, including existing businesses or brands.
5.5.2. Phishing:
The registration of domain names for the purpose of engaging in phishing or fraudulent activities is
strictly forbidden.
5.5.3. Responsible Use:
While commercial use is permitted, registrants must engage in responsible and legal activities with
their free student domains.
5.6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor domain registrations and take appropriate action in cases of policy
violations. This may include domain suspension or termination of the free student domain registration
service for individuals found in breach of these guidelines.
5.7. Reporting Violations
If you suspect that a registered domain name violates these guidelines or if you believe that your
intellectual property rights have been infringed upon, please contact our abuse report center here immediately for further
investigation.
5.8. Conclusion
By registering a free student domain name with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Free
Student Domain Registration Guidelines. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the
suspension or termination of your free student domain registration.

6. TERM OF REGISTRATION / RENEWAL
Initial term of registration:
A Student Domain Name can be registered for a maximum 1 year period and a general TLD domain name can
be registered for a period between one (1) to ten (10) years. Upon registration of a Domain Name,
the Registrant holds a license to use the Domain Name for the registration period.
Renewal of registration:
The Student domain name term may be extended at any time when the user renews for any Mavic Cloud
hosting plan and TLD domain names term may be extended at any time for a period between one (1) to
ten (10) years, provided that the total aggregate term of the Domain Name does not exceed ten (10)
years at any time.
Cancellation of registration:
The Registrant may cancel a Domain Name registration at any time by submitting its request in writing
to the Registrar.
7. TRANSFER OF DOMAIN NAMES BETWEEN REGISTRANTS
Any transfer of a Student domain name is prohibited and Student domains must only be registered via
netfy domain registration platform and any transfer of a TLD Domain Name between Registrants must be
approved in writing by the Registry through the Registrar and meet all requirements within the
Registry
Rules.
8. Domain Integrations Policy
Introduction
At Mavic Platforms, we provide users with the opportunity to connect their free domains to various
popular websites. We call this feature "Domain Integrations." This policy outlines the guidelines and
expectations for using this service responsibly and effectively.
8.1. Timely Setup
Upon requesting domain integration, users are expected to complete the setup on the third-party website
within 48 hours of the request. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the domain
integration connection.
8.2. Prevention of Domain Abuse
8.2.1 Prohibited Content
Users are strictly prohibited from integrating our free domains with websites that contain spam,
scam, or
malicious content. Such content includes, but is not limited to:
- Phishing websites
- Malware distribution
- Fraudulent schemes
- Deceptive content
8.2.2 Detection and Suspension
We actively monitor the content associated with our free domains. If we detect any violation of our
content policies, we reserve the right to suspend the domain immediately. Users will be notified of
the
suspension and may appeal the decision.
8.3. Reporting Abuse
If you come across any domain integrated with our service that you believe violates our policies, please
report it to [support center abuse url]. We appreciate your assistance in maintaining a safe online
environment.
8.4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that the content of their integrated domains complies with all
applicable laws and regulations. Mavic Platforms will not be held liable for any legal consequences
resulting from the use of our free domains.
8.5. Policy Updates
This Domain Integrations Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or
regulations. Users will be notified of any significant policy changes.
By requesting domain integration, users agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy. Failure to
comply with these guidelines may result in the suspension of domain integration privileges.
9. FREE STUDENT HOSTING ACCOUNT INACTIVITY POLICY
Our 'Free Student Hosting Account Inactivity Policy' is designed to ensure efficient resource management
and security for our student users. If you're on our free student hosting plan and don't log in within
30 days, your account will go offline temporarily. After 45 days of inactivity, the account will be
permanently deleted. Simply log in within the specified timeframes to maintain access and safeguard your
data. This policy helps optimize service quality and protect your student account. Thank you for your
attention to this policy.
10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
By registering a Domain Name, the Registrant consents to, and authorizes the Registry to process
personal
information and other data required for the operation of the Student domain or any other TLD. The
Registry
will only use the data for the operation of the Registry, including, but not limited to, its
internal
use, communication with the Registrant or the Registrar, and provision of a WHOIS look-up
facility.
11. PRICING / PAYMENT
The all Student domains are free to use and all other TLD domains Registry does not currently charge
a separate fee for the Registrar to register Domain Names. In the event fees are charged, the
Registry
will provide Registrars with 30 days' notice of any price change for new registrations and 180
days-notice of any price change for renewals in accordance with the Registry Agreement.
12. WHOIS
The Student Domain Registry and General TLD Registry provides a publicly available and searchable
WHOIS look
up facility, where information about the Domain Name's status (including creation and expiry dates),
registrant, administrative and technical contacts can be found, in accordance with the Registry
Agreement.
In order to prevent misuse of the WHOIS look up facility, the Registry requires that any person
submitting a WHOIS database query will be required to read and agree to the terms and conditions,
which will provide that:
12.1 the NETFY WHOIS & WHOIS databases are provided for informational purposes only; and
12.2 the user agrees not to use the WHOIS information to allow or enable the transmission of
unsolicited commercial advertising or other communication via email or other methods to Registrants.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Registrant agrees to be bound by ICANN's Dispute Resolution Policies in respect of all disputes in
connection with the Domain Name.
14. COMPLIANCE WITH CONSENSUS AND TEMPORARY POLICIES
The Registrant agrees to be bound by all applicable consensus and temporary policies as required and
mandated by ICANN, from time to time.
15. AMENDMENTS TO THE POLICY
The Registry may modify this Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. Any modifications or
amendments to this Policy shall be effective upon posting on the Netfy Registry website under legal
links and giving thirty (30) days prior written notice to all accredited Registrars.
